“Informer” disinforms: The CIA is preparing a color revolution in Serbia and is planning to assassinate Vucic

The Serbian media “Informer” recently disinformed in a series of articles that the American CIA is preparing a color revolution in Serbia after the visit of CIA Director William J. Burns. This media also disinformed that there is a plan to overthrow or even kill the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic.

What did the “Informer” report?

“Informer” quoted a Serbian analyst: ”The disintegration of Yugoslavia was an external factor, but also an internal one. The same thing happened with the assassination of Djindjic, so he should turn his attention to Aleksandar Vucic. Security can be compromised, not 100%, but certainly 99%, Mr. Vucic’s life can be saved. The worst thing is when someone believes in something that may or may not be true. It is no coincidence that the CIA director was in Bosnia and Herzegovina while he has now come to Belgrade.”

In another article, “Informer” writes that the protests by environmentalists and the Serbian opposition against the lithium deal are being encouraged by the West to kill Vucic.

“It’s not going to happen, you know, it’s all spontaneous and by itself.” It will be that behind everything there are foreign services and local magnates who are not satisfied with this state of Serbia… It will be that everyone’s goal is to conquer the state, take power by force and kill the president Aleksandar Vucic. Lithium is just an excuse here, simply the most convenient “lever” that is now being misused for the special war against Serbia. Just as they previously railed against the floods, the corona crisis and the killing of children in “Ribnikar”, they are now trying to turn the people against the president on the issue of ecology and false concern for the environment. Through their media, they have been poisoning people for years, convincing them that Vucic is the worst and that they are the best – thieves and vandals who have stolen and ruined everything they could during their time in power. And now, I believe, they think they have reached a critical mass, they are convinced that they will gather hundreds of thousands of people in Belgrade that they will succeed in creating a “Maidan” in Serbia and take power with violence and blood if necessary!”

While “Informer” reported in another news item: “The CIA is preparing to kill Putin!” American intelligence agencies had a diabolical plan.

Analysis:

“Informer” has continued its propaganda and disinformation against the US and the West with completely fabricated articles without any basis or facts.

The Director of the CIA, William J. Burns, has visited Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo in addition to Serbia. His visit was to discuss security issues, as announced by the Bosnian and Kosovan heads of state and government who met with him, and his visit was seen as additional US support for the Western Balkans region. His visit took place while the nationalist President Milorad Dodik in Bosnia and Herzegovina mentioned the division of Republika Srpska and took provocative measures. His visit was to maintain peace and security and not “plans for revolution”, as “Informer” disinformed.
