In another testimony published by the media, activist Lazar Dinić stated that he was attacked by masked individuals, claiming that he was severely raped and pressured to repeat political slogans during the attack.
Authorities and justice bodies have in some cases announced investigations and criminal proceedings against persons suspected of unlawful deprivation of liberty and abuse, while some suspects are still being sought.
In public reactions, lawyer Vladimir Terziq has raised questions about whether the case can be considered a criminal offense or a politically motivated incident, while the Prosecutors' Association has also been involved, emphasizing that the event may have elements of a criminal offense, but has raised the issue of the exact time of the incident.
