The Montenegrin border police at Tivat Airport refused entry and at around 16:00 returned to Belgrade a group of Serbian citizens, among whom were mainly people with criminal records, who have been mentioned in the Serbian media for years as individuals engaged in special tasks for the SNS regime of Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić.

The entry ban for the group of suspicious travelers was imposed based on a security assessment by the Police Directorate, following the decision that the stay of these persons on the territory of Montenegro could pose a threat to national or internal security.

The "Air Serbia" plane E195 (YU-ATC), with which they had arrived in the morning, after a few hours of detention, took off at 15:53 from the Tivat runway and returned to Belgrade with the passengers on board.

The Serbian citizens on the plane carried banners reading "Serbia is winning", a long-distance communication device and a marine radio station, and they had arrived in Tivat a day before the EU Summit.

"News"have secured the names of the passengers who arrived by charter in Montenegro this morning, for whom the services assessed that they had arrived as the vanguard of President Aleksandar Vučić's delegation to the EU-Western Balkans Summit, which is being held in the coming days in Tivat.

If you look at the list, it is not difficult to conclude that these are people, some of whom are accused of serious criminal offenses, and whom opposition media and activists in Serbia have described for years as close to the Vučić regime.

Most of the people on the list who have been banned from entering Montenegro are associated with the SNS regime, which, as needed, engages them for rallies, for securing party offices, and for organizing counter-protests.

Authorities there have also used some of them, according to publicly available data, to silence political opponents in stadiums and basketball halls, at opposition and student protests, as well as for distributing party pamphlets and drawing SNS graffiti.

A source from "Vijesti", close to the security services, stated that among the deportees is Dalibor Stanojevic, known in public by the nickname "Boske", who has been described in the media as a person close to the SNS governing structures.

Stanojevic, who has worked as a security guard at riverside bars in Belgrade for years, was mentioned in the media as having been seen attacking gathered citizens with a metal cable during large student protests against the regime last year.

Also on board this morning's charter flight was Jovan Kecman, known by the nickname "Coje", who, according to publicly available media reports, is the former leader of the "Korida" fan group from Novi Sad.

Some media outlets have written that he was convicted of attempted murder of former police officer Dalibor Bogdanović “Boća” after a shootout in Novi Sad in 2014. According to media in Serbia, Kecman guarded the SNS premises in Novi Sad in August last year, after outraged citizens had gathered there due to a previous attack by SNS supporters on demonstrators in Vrbas and Baçka Palanka.

The Police Directorate has also banned the entry of Aleksandar Jankovic, about whom the Serbian media last year wrote that at the Eurobasket in Riga he was allegedly sent on duty to Latvia to "discipline with fists" Serbian fans in the stands who were chanting "pumpanje" during the national team's matches before it was eliminated from the European basketball championship.

Regarding Aleksandar Jankovic, known by the nickname "Aca Hari", activists of the "Belgrade" initiative have claimed that he is a "rapist in the service of the SNS", and that he was also tasked with "protecting the banner" with the red middle finger, which appeared in Belgrade on January 21, 2025 as the authorities' response to the "color revolution".

Serbian media have written that Stanojevic, whom they have called the "middle finger keeper", was also involved in an attack on two opposition activists who had attempted to remove a "message" from one of the overpasses in Belgrade.

Entry into Montenegro has also been denied to Mirko Radulović from Novi Sad, originally from Ravni Topolovac, a football manager, as well as another citizen from Vojvodina – Jovo Stanarević, known as "Joca" from Sremska Kamenica.

Stanarevic was sentenced to lighter prison sentences for violent offenses, while an entry ban was also imposed on his brother, Milenko Stanarevic.

Bojan Mihajlovic from Odžac, a former MMA fighter who was injured in March last year in that place when a clash occurred in a cafe between a local resident and Branko Babić, known as the "king of eyebrows", who is known as one of the strongest supporters of SNS policies, also arrived in Tivat on the suspicious morning charter flight.

Mihajlovic is mentioned in local media as a participant in numerous fights, threats, and the organizer of dubious MMA tournaments.

Another suspicious passenger - Nemanja Naraci, an employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Zemun, who has also been mentioned as part of Hofman Vidovic's team - was also unable to leave the airport building in Tivat.

He is on trial for the incident of December 13, 2024 during the "Zastani Srbijo" protest in Novi Sad, when four men in a "Porsche" drove through citizens who were blocking an intersection at that moment, and then, after stopping the vehicle about a hundred meters away, turned around to physically fight with them.

The list of passengers who returned to Belgrade also includes several athletes – Janko Kerekes, a bodybuilder from Novi Sad, Vukašin Vakirevic, a kickboxer from Belgrade, and Aleksandar Umićević from Novi Sad.

Stefan Kojović, who, according to Serbian media, like others, was one of the SNS activists who attacked students with baseball bats during the protests, has also been banned from entering Montenegro. He is accused of breaking the jaw of an AV student with a baseball bat.

Ilija Ignjatović, Igor Đjogić, as well as Belgraders Marko Beljanski, Aleksandar and Nenad Lazić, Vladan Virijević and Zarko Đjokić from Ljubovija, have also arrived by charter.

Virijević has been called by the media the "political transient of Užice", because there is almost no party in which he has not been a member, while he later switched to the SNS and took the position of state secretary in the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water.

Also on the flight were Milan Sucak, who was director of the Provincial PIO Fund, Nenad Jacinovski, Predrag Penjiscevic and Ilija Roglic from Raška.

Filip Dragičević, Danilo Kaludjerović, Njegoš Vujadinović, Željko Kamenović, Živko Stanojković, Dragan Stanković, Tomislav Popović, Nikola Raković and Pavle Popović have also been banned from entering the Montenegrin state.

Ivan Nikolic, Vladimir Simonovic, Stefan Zivkovic, Slavisa Kamenovic, Ognjen Ristivojevic, Nenad Jacimovic, Marko Tomic, Nikola Stojanovic, Zvezdan Isailovic, Aleksandar Ciric, Dragan Milicevic, Lazar Todorovic, Zlatko Duganzija, Dusan Djurdjevic, Veljko Basaric, Predrag Radivojevic, Nemanja Savic, Vladan Milovanovic, Lazar Maslarevic and Slobodan Vidakovic have also returned to Belgrade.

Entry has also been denied to Nenad and Luka Singjelic, Srđan Peladić, Luka Milovanović, Budimir Lapčević, Branko Živković, Darko Jevtić, Goran Stevanović, Igor Vjetrović, Mirko Živković, Srgjan Nedeljković, Radovan Dimić, Nebojša Vukadinović, Nemanja Balaban...

Zeljko Krsmanović, Milenko Pavlović, Dušan Rajović, Marko Babić, Aleksandar Momčilović, Aleksandar Tasić, Duško Katanić, Dimitrije Dimitrijević, Nemanja Narac, Bojan Ostogorac, Dejan Marjanović, Nikola Petrović, Ivan Milojević, Stefan Kojović, Nenad Cenjić, Ljubomir Vasić have also returned to Belgrade from Tivat.

Entry was also denied to the charter flight passengers: Vukašin Kovačević, Nenad Davidović, Janko Kerekes, Ivan Lazarević, Momčilo Zečević, Jovan Sladojević, Gordana Leščuk, Nemanja Uverić, Spasoje Vujović, Milan Radović Supic, Bogdan Petrović, Aleksandar Udicki, Miljan and Vuka Marković, Vladimir Momčilović, Aleksandar Umićević, Mila Krnjaić, Boris Vasić, Vanja Frolo, Branislav Jovin, Novica Grković, Danilo Govedarica, Darko Čučak, Nikola Sladojević and Milan Gligorijević.
