At a press conference in Parliament, Marinika Tepić presented documents from the French police and prosecutor’s office which, she said, show a link between Filip Korać, identified in correspondence as Robin, a suspected drug smuggler, and the Vučić brothers, Novak Nedić and Dijana Hrkalović. He also claims that the Organised Crime Prosecutor’s Office has had this evidence for four years, but has failed to act on it.
“These are drug parcels that were seized on a Swedish sailing ship in Tahiti in September 2022 (…), which had or bore the image of Aleksandar Vučić,” claims the Vice-President of the Freedom and Justice Party, announcing a series of evidentiary cases.
Evidence that shows that an associate of the former head of the Zemun clan, Luka Bojovic, Filip Korać, who was behind the organisation of the sale of 432 kilograms of cocaine in French Polynesia in packages bearing the President’s image, was not alone in his crimes. “This time we will also uncover sky ecc communications between Filip Korać and his associates, in which the names of the Vučić brothers, Novak Nedić, Dijana Hrkalović occupy quite a lot of space and information,” Tepić said.
This evidence has already landed Korać in prison in France, according to Tepić. He wonders: why shouldn’t those who allegedly collaborated with him?
“These are official documents from the French police and prosecutor’s office that were sent to our organised crime prosecutor’s office four years ago, but to this day they have not been acted upon at all, and our key question is – why are these documents not being acted upon?” said the SSP Vice-President.
“I ask the prosecutor’s office to raise this. This case has been dragging on for four years – please bring it up. I have never lit a cigarette, I have never seen drugs, I have never drunk coffee in my life. I despise drugs and drug dealers,” said Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic.
Reactions also came from another, not so distant address. Suddenly, right after the Marinika Tepic conference, the President of the National Assembly is planning one too. No, it is not what you think. She just wanted to present the conclusions of the meeting with the National Convention on the EU, which has just been broadcast and was not sudden at all, in fact, it was announced yesterday. At the end, she “spontaneously” received this question from a journalist: “How do you comment on the fact that Marinika Tepic accused President Vucic of being the boss of a drug cartel?”, asked Dimitrije Krsmanovic of Večernje novosti.
This “unexpected” question did not surprise the President of the Assembly, who had just arrived from a meeting.
“The text is from 2020,” she said.
She presented evidence, quoting newspaper articles, in defence of the boss who, she said, had already in 2020 identified Korac as the main drug supplier and one of the most dangerous people in Serbia. Citizens should know this too, she said.
“That the man Marinika Tepic said was working with Aleksandar Vucic, Filip Korac, attacked members of Aleksandar Vucic’s family, targeted them and also intended to kill the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic,” Brnabićeva said.
Aleksandar Vucic says that three to five years ago, the prosecutor’s office just asked what was happening with the case of people like Korać.
“But I am ready to be told what the connection is and have it explained to me,” Vucic said.
“Anyone who tries to distort or lie about this fact again, including Aleksandar Vucic himself, should be told immediately: It’s all in vain, you will not be smeared …”, Tepic said.
Marinika Tepić announces the publication of the evidence contained in the documents of the French police and prosecutor’s office every day at 13:00 via her Instagram account.
