Russian propagandists are actively spreading information on a so-called “tele-bridge” (television channel) on military security, spreading dubious accusations of “crimes by the Armed Forces of Ukraine against civilians” in the Belgorod region.
This event was also attended by the special envoy of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Rodion Miroshnik, who systematically spreads unfounded accusations against Ukraine.
During this event, Russian propaganda traditionally circulated unfounded allegations about “UAF crimes” and manipulated the topic of international law. At the same time, international human rights defenders were accused of “selectivity” and alleged ignorance of the events taking place in Russia.
According to the Russian side, representatives from over 70 countries allegedly joined the "tele-bridge", with the support of the Rossotrudnichestvo organization.
The Kremlin actively uses this institution to promote its narratives abroad, presenting them as humanitarian and cultural initiatives, although the real goal is political and propaganda influence.
Special attention is paid to the meeting place, the capital of Austria, Vienna.
Previously, there have been reports that Russia uses this city as a platform for intelligence and influence operations in Europe, exploiting its diplomatic and cultural position to reach international audiences.
Such "tele-bridges" are part of Russia's information-psychological operations, where the goal is to shift the focus from the documented war crimes against Ukraine, to discredit Armed Forces of Ukraine and impose a manipulative narrative on the international audience.
This activity is part of the Kremlin's broader strategy to control global information and perception, reinforcing narratives that serve its strategic interests and undermining the credibility of international institutions and independent media.
