The police information he shared with Radoje Zvicer enabled agent Petar Lazović to erase the trail of crimes committed by this criminal group, but also to prepare attacks against members of the opposing criminal group.

In that act, it is clarified that in the period between the second half of November 2020 and the second half of February 2021, Lazović, as an employee of the National Security Agency (ANB) working in the Police Directorate, illegally used his official position and authority to benefit the organizer of criminal organization, to the accused Zvicer and to the criminal organization….

It is stated that on 9 December 2020, he informed Zvicer about the planned official activities of the Police Administration concerning the use of the so-called “catcher” in Kotor in relation to the member of the rival criminal group Dedović Miladin, and that on 10 February of the same year, he sent him a photograph of the operational data from the Police Administration’s database for Nikola Perušinović from Budva.
“On 25 January 2021, in the so-called ‘group chat’ of the encrypted SKY application, the ECC informed the organiser, as well as the accused Milović Ljubo and members of the criminal organisation from Republic of Serbia, Belivuk Veljko and Marko Miljković, about the content of the informative interview conducted by the Police Officer of the Police Administration – Serious Crime Suppression Department, Žižić Milorad, with the member of their criminal organisation, Ilić Lazar, on the 17.2.2021. 2021 sent to the organizer a photo of the Minutes of the information collected from citizen Savić Strahinja, on 22.01.2021, by the CB Budva of the Police Administration…, who together with Ilić Lazar was arrested on 22.01.2021 and against whom, according to the indictment of the Special State Prosecutor’s Office . . is being prosecuted before the High Court in Podgorica for the offences of forming a criminal association and attempted murder, committed to the detriment of a member of the opposing criminal association, Ljubiša Marko”.
