The three US senators who started the Balkan tour in Serbia, Bosnia and later in Kosovo stayed today in Sarajevo where they met with the presidential trio there.
At a press conference, the senator, Jeanne Shaheen, expressed her despair over Milorad Dodik’s stance regarding the Russian aggression in Ukraine, reports Gazeta Express.
“I think It’s very important that all of us look at what is happening in Ukraine and the unprovoked war that has been unleashed there and is causing tragedy and deaths of civilians. I personally believe it is important that we all condemn what is happening there. “I appreciate that Bosnia is a sovereign country and you need to make your own decisions about that. I am desperate and I do not agree with Milorad Dodik on this issue, but as one of the three presidents of your country, we met and he was there,” she said.
