What Goran Petronijevic said
“Very soon you will have the opportunity to see a large number of Kosovo Albanians who have been trained in the UK, who will show up in Ukraine, and those who return from there alive will be extremely good trained soldiers, as well as those who returned from the Syrian battlefield, in which several hundred Albanians took part,” says lawyer Goran Petronijevic.
Analysis:
The Russia Today portal is spreading misinformation about the KSF and the British embassy in Pristina with this title and the paragraph it contains, because they have sent KSF superiors with Ukrainian soldiers to the UK for exercises.
They claim that soldiers from Kosovo will be sent to the war front in Ukraine.
This is more than untrue, because KSF soldiers are sent to the UK to train Ukrainian soldiers.
This is a training program in the UK where Ukrainian soldiers are trained. It is called “Interflex” and takes place on British territory.
The Kosovo Security Forces are also taking part in this huge multinational program and are providing the first six instructors who will give the Ukrainians basic infantry training.
The Kosovo Security Forces have conducted mine clearance training as part of this operation and will send vehicles to Ukraine, which they promised to do at the Contact Group meeting./G. Venhari-The Geopost/
