On Friday, a Serbian woman was arrested in Mitrovica on suspicion of “espionage”. It is assumed that the arrested woman bears the initials J.Dj (J.Gj.) and is suspected of having served Belgrade, more precisely the Serbian BIA. KosovaPress has reported on this, reports The Geopost.
Details of the case were also revealed by the Director of Kosovo Police, Gazmend Hoxha. He stated that the arrested woman was suspected of a criminal offense.
“We have recently received information that a woman was arrested at the border crossing on suspicion of criminal activity and that the person will be forwarded to the Special Prosecutor’s Office for further prosecution,” he said.
