The United States Embassy in Kosovo has distributed a video entitled “Putin’s pattern of lies.”
The U.S Embassy post on Twitter states that the Russian government has a long history of disinformation.
“The Russian govt has a long history of disinformation, allegations, and false flag operations to accuse other countries of the very violations and atrocities that Russia itself is perpetrating. Check out a few specific examples, including those in Ukraine.”, it is said on the post.
