The Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs announces that Russian forces that have entered the country have used cars with OSCE symbols to camouflage themselves.
The Russian tanks that were deployed in Luhansk, respectively in Krasna Talivka, Milove and Horodyshche, also behind them they had civilian vehicles camouflaged with OSCE symbols.
They have not even hesitated to shell civilian-populated cities, despite President Vladimir Putin announcing that his military is targeting only Ukraine’s military infrastructure.

Dozens of civilians have been reported killed so far in airstrikes, and Ukrainian authorities have said they have caused extensive damage to both people and machinery to the Russian military.
