The Patriarch of the Serbian Orthodox Church, Porfirije, who will be ordained in the Monastery of the Patriarchate of Peja in Kosovo on October 14, has visited Prizren.
In a video published on Twitter, he is seen together with Bishop Teodosije and other clerics of the Serbian Church walking through the streets of Prizren.
Their walk in free Prizren proves not only to the nationalist clerics who sow hatred towards Kosovo, that the situation is completely different from what is reported and propagated in Serbia.
“…interacting amicably and chatting with people and buying some household products. He came with the message of peace”, says the announcement of the Serbian Church.

We remind you that the Patriarchate of Peja is traditionally the place where Serbian patriarchs take office.
Patriarch Porfirije declared in February 2021, immediately after ascending to the throne, that the first priority for him and for the Church will be “the suffering Serbs in Kosovo, who live in unbreakable unity with Serbs everywhere in the world”, reports KP.
Patriarch Porfirije said that for him and for the Church, in the first place will be the suffering Serbs in Kosovo, who live in inseparable unity with Serbs everywhere in the world.
