Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the recruitment of Russian citizens into the reserve for military training in 2022, a document was published on the official internet portal of legal information.
“In 2022, the citizens of the Russian Federation who are in the reserve are invited to undergo military training in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, state security services and federal security services,” the document reads.
In addition, the Cabinet of Ministers and the executive bodies of the Russian regions were instructed to ensure the implementation of measures related to the invitation of citizens to training camps, as well as the maintenance of these training camps.
