In the framework of the Prespa Forum that is being held in Northern Macedonia, today is being discussed within the session “Western Balkans – Maneuvering in turbulent times”.

Also in attendance are Stuart Peach, the UK’s envoy to the Western Balkans, Gabriel Escobar, the US envoy to the Western Balkans, Manuel Sarrazin, Germany’s special envoy to the Western Balkans, and many other diplomats.
The special envoy, Stuart Peach, stated that it is important to determine whether you are for the European Union or not.
“We must emphasize the importance of the journey to the EU, because there are other influences such as. “Russian influence,” Peach said in a statement.
According to him, collective security is done for 30 NATO countries and should be returned to the wisdom of the 12 countries that are members of this, which, as the foundation of European security, is that the UK supports all in the region and helps in dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia.
“We must gather now when we see the Russian invasion of Ukraine. “We have to be careful, and stick to the Euro-Atlantic path.”
According to him, we should continue to tackle the energy problem together, because Russia, as he said, uses it as a weapon.
