At a time when the democratic world is clearly distancing itself from the Kremlin regime, SNSD leader Milorad Dodik and Minister Željka Budimir once again used their visit to Moscow to position Republika Srpska as a Russian stronghold in the Balkans.
The delegation from Banja Luka, at the so-called "International Security Forum" in Moscow, once again demonstrated complete disorientation in foreign policy.
Dodik met there with Sergey Shoigu, the current secretary of the Russian Security Council, from whom he received another protocol promise of "comprehensive political support."
Shoigu took the opportunity to thank Dodik for participating in the military parade in Moscow on May 9, with which the SNSD leader once again confirmed the role of one of the rare European officials who accept to be pawns in the Kremlin's propaganda theater.

Dodik declared to the public in Moscow that the Serbian people "are oriented towards the fraternal Russian people", claiming that Russia is allegedly developing "a stable and fair policy that leaves room for small states".
While Dodik claims that the Serbian people “choose sides,” his current policy is choosing the side that is isolated from the entire European continent, to which Republika Srpska belongs geographically and economically.
