According to the preliminary results of the Centre for Democratic Transition (CDT), based on 100 per cent of the processed sample, the “Europe Now” movement received the most votes with 26 per cent, followed by the Coalition of the Democratic Socialist Party, the Social Democrats , the Democratic Union of Albanians and the Liberal Party with 23 per cent of the vote, the Coalition “For the Future of Montenegro” (the New Serbian Democracy, the Democratic People’s Party and the Workers’ Party) with 15.1 per cent, and the Democrats and the Civic Movement “URA” with 13 per cent, the Bosniak Party 6.8 per cent and the Socialist People’s Party and Demos 2.8 per cent.
Justice for All got 2.7 per cent, the Social Democratic Party 2.9 per cent, Preokret 1.6 per cent, DMP, PCG, SCG and DSS 1.1 per cent, Movement for Change 0.7 per cent, “Mi možemo” 0.5 per cent.
The Albanian Forum received 1.7%, the Albanian Alliance 1.5% and the Croatian Civic Initiative 0.7%.
Polls close at 20:00. 542,468 citizens were eligible to vote in the national elections and 56.4% of them had voted by 8 pm, according to the Centre for Democratic Transition.
There were 15 lists in the national elections.
The first list to vote was “Jasno je! – Bosniak Party – mag. Ervin Ibrahimović, the second “HGI – “HGI – Na pravoj strani svijeta!” and the third “Justice for All! – Dr. Vladimir Leposavić”.
In fourth place was the list of the coalition of the Socialist People’s Party and Demos For You, and in fifth place was the list of the coalition of True Montenegro, Christian Democratic Movement, Free Montenegro, Democratic Serb Party and Movement for Pljevlja, entitled “Narodna koalicija – složno i tačka”.
In sixth place is the list of the Alliance of Albanians, a coalition made up of Forca, the Democratic Alliance, the Democratic Union of Montenegro and the civic group Pokret za Tuzi, followed by the list of the „Preokret za sigurnu Crnu Goru – Srđan Perić“, and then the list of the Movement for Change – Prvo Crna Gora – Nebojša Medojević – Reforms to Save the Country.
The list “Yes. We can do it for a civic Montenegro!” is in ninth place, and in tenth place is the list of the coalition consisting of the Democratic Party of Socialists, Social Democrats, Democratic Union of Albanians and the Liberal Party – “Together! For a future that belongs to you – Danijel Živković”.
The list Europe Now – Milojko Spajić is in 11th place on the ballot, followed by SDP – For Our House, and then the list of the coalition of the Civic Movement URA and the Democrats Aleksa and Dritan – Hrabro se broji!”.
In 14th place is the list of the coalition of the New Serbian Democracy, the Democratic People’s Party and the Workers’ Party “For the Future of Montenegro”, and in 15th place is the list of the Albanian Forum, which is made up of the Albanian Alternative, the Democratic Alliance of Albanians and the National Union of Albanians, under the name “Albanian Forum – Nik Gjeloshaj “BESA for European Development”.
