Bugajski reacts to Lajcak: It is time for Kosovo and Bosnia to join NATO

The expert on Western Balkan issues, Janusz Bugajski, has reacted to the European Union Special Representative for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak.

After Lajçak posted a notice on the license plates, Bugajski reacted quickly, considering Lajçak’s announcement a “joke”.

“This must be a joke. Ukraine is burning, Russian and Serbian regimes are destabilizing Europe and the EU is negotiating license plates? Time for Kosova and Bosnia to enter NATO”, Bugajski wrote.

He said that it is time for Kosovo and Bosnia and Herzegovina to join NATO.

The sixth meeting of the working groups of Kosovo and Serbia on vehicle license plates was held in Brussels.

The holding of this meeting was confirmed by the Special Representative of the European Union for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajçak.
Through a Twitter post, Lajcak said that EU experts assisted both delegations in identifying all existing options and their technical implications.
