The Government of the Republic of Kosovo has approved the Draft-Decision, which enables the allocation of the amount of 100 thousand euros to help the people of Ukraine.
These allocated funds constitute the first contingent of humanitarian aid that the Republic of Kosovo distributes to the people of Ukraine.

“The Republic of Kosovo through this symbolic assistance expresses solidarity and support for the people of Ukraine” she said.
In today’s meeting, the Government of Kosovo has also decided to expand economic and financial sanctions against Russia and Belarus.
The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has stated that this package of sanctions that Kosovo imposes on Russia is the fourth in a row.
