Arnaud Gouillon, representative of the French extreme right, known for his racist stances on Kosovo, continues to contribute to the destabilization of the Balkans.
The documentary made by The Geopost through “desktop research” presents in detail who Gouillon really is.
This pro-Russian proxy has Serbian citizenship and holds the position of director of the Directorate for cooperation with the Diaspora and Serbs in the region, which is within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Government of Serbia.
Since the time when he has been working and living in Serbia, Gouillon has established very good relations with the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Belgrade.
In 2005, he founded the association “Solidarity for Kosovo”, whose roots are deeply rooted in a far-right pan-European nationalist political ideology.
Although, it has distributed aid to Serbian enclaves in Kosovo and with this the association has served Gouillon, more like a “Trojan horse” to penetrate into the public environment not only of France, but also in other European Union states.
In 2008, he visited the European Parliament, where he lobbied for Serbian interests towards Kosovo, on the eve of the start of the EULEX mission.
In a statement to the media, he said that “we will explain to them a different perspective of the situation in Kosovo, unlike Albanian lobbyists and Western media”.
At the same time, Gouillon continued to act as a representative of the extreme right in France, protesting and inciting violence against immigrants. Their main goal was to collapse French liberal politics and bring to power far-right parties – allies of Vladimir Putin!
Gouillon converted to the Serbian Orthodox Church in 2015, when he received his Serbian passport! To perform the rite of baptism, he chose the Monastery of Deçan, which is located in the Republic of Kosovo.
Serbian nationalism has continuously misused the church in order to have as much influence as possible. The commonality of the European extreme right and Serbian-Russian orthodoxy is the war against Western values, anti-Americanism and illiberalism!
By following these policies, he has chosen to appear as Serbian as possible! To cheat! Because, his conversion to Orthodoxy convinces the Serbs more in his mission of instigator, divisiveness.
In modern language, someone who actually presents someone else is called a proxy. Arnaud Gouillon is exactly a typical Putin proxy, first in France, and then in Serbia. He has even sometimes passed the proxy level because he has called directly for ties with Russia.
In 2011, he is seen as having collaborated with the Serbian far-right organization, called “Movement 1389”, known for its proximity to Russia.
Gouillon’s Russian collaborators, the Nashi organization, have a real function as a personality cult for Putin, whose job is to “intimidate and harass his opponents”.
Gouillon was the Identitarian candidate for president of France in the 2012 elections. His campaign, as a white supremacist, was mainly anti-African.
Arnaud, besides being one of the main ideological figures of the generation of extreme French identity, he also led their paramilitary camps. As a trainer in these camps, he taught the youth how to physically confront their political and ideological opponents.
This camp, set up in Lyon, France from August 17 to 22, 2008, bore the racist name “Revolts Against the Modern World.”
Another element that Arnaud Gouillon has, which belongs to the characteristics of Russian activity, is propaganda and disinformation.
The senior official of Serbian diplomacy has also been involved in the production of documentaries. His narrative is completely the same as the narrative of Russian state-controlled media.
He, with this disinformation activity, continues to incite hatred among the peoples in the Western Balkans. In fact, Gouillon had this mission in France with the right wing.
While in France he was against Americans and people of color, in the Western Balkans he incites against Albanians, Bosniaks, Montenegrins and Croats.
The extremist Gouillon has a lot of space even in Russia’s most vocal media. In Putin’s media, Sputnik, he talks about how even the Serbs are not aware of how endangered they are in Kosovo.
His information war is often fought with Serbs who do not have the same views as the government in Serbia and who have true Western orientations.
In conclusion, this documentary shows that Arnaud Gouillon mostly acts in strategic interests for the policies of the official Kremlin. /The Geopost/
