Israel has launched a military air operation against Iran to destroy Tehran’s nuclear potential.
Klankosova.tv conducted an interview with the Ambassador of the State of Israel in Kosovo, Tamar Ziv, on this topic.
When asked about the potential risk of a possible Iranian attack on the Kosovo embassy in Jerusalem, which is one of the few countries to have opened a diplomatic seat in that city, the Israeli representative in Kosovo said she saw no threat.
“I don’t see any concrete threat to the Kosovo embassy in Jerusalem. The embassy is protected together with all the offices of the Israeli government, the American embassy and other embassies according to the same standards and under the same conditions of protection,” explained Ambassador Ziv.
In addition, the Israeli diplomat said she had spoken to Kosovo citizens living in Israel and emphasized that they had said they wanted to stay there.
“I have spoken to several Kosovo citizens living in Israel and they all told me they would stay in Israel,” Ziv said.
However, she explained: “The Kosovo embassy in Jerusalem supports those who want to leave the country with all available information and assistance.”
The Israeli ambassador to Kosovo said she expects Kosovar tourists and businessmen to visit her country once the situation calms down “to enjoy a peaceful stay in Israel.” /Klan kosova.tv/
