Russian air forces shelled the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Albania on Sunday evening.
“As a result of the air attack by Russian troops on the city of Kharkiv, several shells fell into the building at the address of the street… a fire broke out, the blockage of the building was destroyed”, wrote the Embassy on its Facebook page.

The consul and staff were safely evacuated.
The raid occurred around 23:15 local time. The building was hit by missiles and went up in flames shortly after that.
Footage posted by the Consulate shows the building completely burned down.
