The Basic Court in Mitrovica has issued a punitive order against the Russian citizen suspected of illegal border crossing from Serbia to Kosovo and decided to expel him from Kosovo.
The news was confirmed for “Betimi për Drejtësi,” said the spokesman of this court, Lumnije Surdulli.
Surdulli said that the court imposed a fine on the suspect and he left the territory of Kosovo.
Otherwise, the suspect was arrested on Friday in Leposavic on suspicion of illegal border crossing.
“Zrnosek, Leposavic 07.07.2023-13:52. During a patrol, police stopped the male Russian suspect who illegally crossed the border from Serbia to the Republic of Kosovo in his vehicle.
