Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the conscription of Russian citizens into the reserve for military training in 2022, a document was published on the official legal information website.
"In 2022, call on citizens of the Russian Federation who are in reserve to undergo military training in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, state security services, and federal security services," the document states.


In addition, the Cabinet of Ministers and executive bodies of Russian regions were instructed to ensure the implementation of measures regarding the invitation of citizens to training camps, as well as the maintenance of these training camps.
