The Kosovo Police, through the competent units for efficient management and control of the state border, today on 15.11.2021, at around 11:45 in the village of Jelakce, Leposaviq, stopped a suspicious Opel Astra vehicle, with foreign license plates "BG ///-nn".
According to the Police, there were four people in this car, foreign citizens (Russian), who had illegally entered the Republic of Kosovo through alternative routes.
The four arrested persons, two men and two women, all Russian citizens, have been accompanied to the Police and a case is initiated against them for "unauthorized crossing of the border, or the border line".
In connection with the case, the competent authorities were notified and by the decision of the prosecutor, the suspects were sent to detention for 48 hours for further procedures.
