The week we left behind began with the disinformation that Kosovo and the West are allegedly aiming for the collapse of the Serbs. This article was published on the Sputnik Serbia portal, titled “New drama in Kosovo: a dangerous experiment from Pristina and the West – the goal is for the Serbs to collapse”.
By this title it was implied that Kosovo, in cooperation with the West, is working on a dangerous experiment to the detriment of the Serbs, which in their opinion is described as a “new drama”, which is not true at all, because such a thing did not happen.
There was no shortage of propaganda this week from Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova, who was invited to the World Youth Festival in Sochi to propagandize about Russia’s relationship with the US and NATO.
In her statement last Wednesday, Zakharova said that any threat to Russia’s security would be met with a response on her part.
“Russia has no plans to attack or start a conflict with the U.S. or NATO. It is NATO that has declared our country a ‘direct threat’ in its doctrinal documents. NATO members must understand that any threat to Russia’s security will be answered,” she said, forgetting that this part of her speech is not in line with the actions of the Russian state towards certain countries.
The disinformation of Serbian portals also included an action of the Kosovo Police, which published the next disinformation under the title “Kurti’s police continue maltreatment: they searched pharmacies in Zvecan and North Mitrovica”.
This disinformation, which was published on the portal “Novosti” on Thursday, has no validity at all, as the deputy director of the police in the north, Veton Elshani, said that the action was carried out on suspicion of smuggling goods with medicinal products./G. Venhari-The Gepost/
