Vijesti journalist from Montenegro, Jelena Jovanović, has publicly explained how she obtained information about an alleged party on the occasion of the "first billion earned" by Andrej Vučić and controversial businessman Zvonko Veselinović.
In a television show, Jovanović explained that the article published by Vijesti was based on communications extracted from the formerly encrypted Sky app.
In these messages, fugitive policeman Ljubo Milović and Miloš Božović from Nikšić discuss alleged connections between the criminal world, state structures, and well-known figures in Serbia.
According to Jovanovic, the communications claim that Andrej Vucic, brother of Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, together with Zvonko Veselinovic, "hold all the strings" and that they recently celebrated "the first billion earned."
The journalist said that Milović, who is still on the run, has communicated through Sky with people connected to criminal clans in Montenegro, but also with state structures in Serbia.
She added that in some cases, names from the Serbian Security and Intelligence Agency, BIA, are also mentioned in the messages.

The article also focused on Miloš Božović, Milović's cousin, whom Montenegrin authorities claim is a member of the "Shkaljari" criminal clan.
According to Jovanovic, Bozovic claims in communications that he followed and observed Andrej Vucic and Veselinovic, which, according to her, implies the involvement of organized structures and not the actions of ordinary individuals.
Due to this article, legal proceedings have been opened against the journalist following a lawsuit filed by Andrej Vučić.
Meanwhile, the Nova.rs portal recalls that Vijesti had previously reported that Milović and Božović, for months, had commented on the security services in Montenegro and Serbia, as well as the activities of criminal clans in the region, through Sky.
