Darko Brkan is the Executive Director of NQ "Zasto Ne", one of the most prominent Bosnian NGOs that is a regional leader in fact-checking, disinformation detection, civic technology, monitoring of political processes and civic participation.
He is a member of the advisory board of the Open Government Partnership for BiH, president of the board of the regional network Action SEE, as well as a board member of several regional and interregional networks such as the SEE Check network or the TransparenCEE network. He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and the Faculty of Economics in Sarajevo.
