Milan Jovanović specializes in transatlantic security with a focus on disinformation, foreign influence, and social media activities.
Since 2018, he has conducted conferences, seminars and trainings on disinformation, media and digital literacy in more than ten countries. He is a co-author of the research on Russia's footprint in the Western Balkans information environment published by the NATO Stratcom Center of Excellence.
Mr. Jovanović regularly publishes articles in Montenegrin and foreign media in his fields of expertise. He graduated from the University of Montenegro for International Relations and Diplomacy. He is fluent in English and has a mastery of German. His areas of interest include Euro-Atlantic relations, hybrid warfare and data security.
