Ljubomir Filipović is a Montenegrin political scientist focused on foreign influence and information integrity.
He holds an MSc. degree in International Relations. He works as a consultant and analyst for various organizations. He worked with the Atlantic Council of Montenegro, UNDP, and the McCain Institute, and provided advisory and consulting services to many international non-governmental, governmental, and media organizations in Europe, the US, and Eurasia.
